You are a new connect group leader for NXL. You got the perfect location, you got excellent notes from Pastor Zac, Jeremy, or Ray. Your fired up and passionate about you first connect. But you have one problem NO KIDS.  Here is some ways that will provide you with opportunity to invite kids to your growing connect group.

1. Come early -  By coming early to service and investing time with teens, get to know what interests and their culture, building relationships with the new visitors that are visiting for the first time, giving teens an atmosphere that is inviting to come into and being accepted for who they are. It shows that you care it will be only matter of time before you connect group will flourish.

2. Become a prayer partner- When you go up and pray for someone, you create a bond with the person you just save or filled with the Holy Spirit. Now that they have been saved they will be looking for someone to plug into for guidance, because they are hungry for the word,  scince you have the bond form praying for them they will be eager to join your connect group.

3.  Connect Booth  In NXL we have a connect table both north and south that you can serve at. The connect table gives you a way to initiate conversation with new visitors who are looking for connect leader to invite them to connect group via Italian soda. Remember to smile and enthusiastic about your connect group.

**Remember when inviting teens to you connect group encourage them to bring a friend to connect group with them so that they feel comfortable when they come especially for the first time.
